DBT is the treatment of choice for disorders of emotion regulation. Emotional dysregulation can lead to ineffective behaviors or skills deficits which may be maladaptive methods of coping with constant emotional pain or an attempt to deal with out of control emotions.

DBT consists of individual weekly therapy, skills training group, 24/7 phone coaching access, and Consultation Team for all staff.
