Summer DBT Program

The Summer DBT Program is a condensed 10-week program running from June 4th, 2024 to August 8th, 2024 specifically developed for incoming college freshmen, current college students on summer break, and boarding school students home for the summer. The Summer Program allows participants to engage in DBT skills training on a condensed summer break schedule. Participants will engage in twice weekly 120-minute skills training sessions and a weekly 60-minute individual therapy session with a therapist at CDBTI. Topics covered will include mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance and executive functioning skills such as time management, organization, and task management.
